      Average development of software skills Career stagnation. The more you stay in the company the more you are away from latest development in Software skills. HR unethical. Negligible or poor leadership. Too much politics. Fortive after Danaher split is going negative on growth. Bleak future of Tektronix. Good engineers had left the company. Poor quality product. Negligible innovation. Average building and facility. Poor food quality available to people. Poor safety for people. Below average Program management practices. Below average Travel opportunities.

      A company to get settled, but not a place to grow

      +Good brand name +You can get settled ,if you have no interest in learning new technologies +Flexible work time +Talented teams +GYM membership allowance +Work From Home facility +No dresscode +Getting leaves is easy: PL+6 SL+6CL

      -Poor learning curve -Below average pay as comparated to any other product company -No job rotation -Career stagnation. -Longer you stay in the company the more you are away from latest technologies -Unresponsive HR -Poor leadership -Too much politics in a small organization -Poor infrastructure -No good food quality available in cafeteria -You will find Mosquitoes,snakes in work area -Hardly any travel opportunities -Yearly Layoffs (mostly in management roles) -Single digit hikes

      Pros

      Flexible Work Time Talented Peers Work from Home facility Good Leave Policy ORRCA Service subsidy GYM/ Swimming Reimbursement Policy Hiring Freshers as Contractors and helping them move up the ladder. If you come from Electronics Background you will find many interesting things to do there.

      Cons

      No Job Rotation Very less or zero chance of travel (only electronics background guys will get a chance to visit Beaverton Office) No work pressure, will take own sweet time to complete program. Not using latest technologies Project planning / management is not good. Commuting to work is a pain. Politics in some teams.
