Pros

*Great flexibility but team members are over worked and undervalued and underpaid *Current leader is great on surface level but has created a toxic work environment - make sure you have everything in writing as he only looks out for himself *Founder Emily Smith is great but no longer has power to make decisions within organization

Cons

*Little to no pay increases *Expected to be available around the clock *No governance within organization - meaning CEO can do anything without repercussions
