NO JOB SECURITY - You can be fired any day without any notice. Nothing to learn. Lack of educated employees. No professionalism. Worst working environment , No Support from HR Team (pathetic HRs). Work pressure SIT AT HOME BUT DO NOT JOIN

Pros

Company people are good in making worker fools, No other thing at all.

Cons

Solid work pressure, Each one is doing 5 ppls work and still bosses are not happy and not hiring. Pressuring more and more and making employee work for extra hours with no payment. No job security, fire people without giving any notice. No medical or any other benefits. Worst work culture, no enjoyment.
