      Awesome, until the owners got greedy and sent support to El Salvador

      Pros

      They had some pretty awesome people working there.. No idea if they are still around or not.

      Cons

      -no raises -no bonuses -no communication with upper management -equipment used in network is subpar causing outage after outage -on-call 24/7, even on vacation -The CEO and COO need to focus on the company and stop the coitus with the El Salvadorian women; disgusting, both married and have kids.

      Pros

      Decent training program if you are new to telecom, and there are a few decent people there.

      Cons

      Awful Leadership! From CEO through the Director Level. Product is sub par and very difficult to sell while being honest. Little to no marketing, or marketing support. Be prepared to sell again their bad reputation in the bay area also. To put it in an unique prescriptive-- they are using laptops from the early 2000's and have blocked access to Facebook. - nuff said.
