Pros

Income, you will be sold on company during the wine and dine phase but most of it is a sales pitch.

Cons

Leadership doesn't recognize commitment outside of "favorites". If you say something that the CEO doesn't like ... It's her company and you're done, watch out! Turnover has almost doubled in the past year.
