      1. Good Team Manager 2. Helpful, cozy and welcoming team 3. Good scope to understand WLAN and system concepts

      Cons

      1. Not very good organization and higher level management 2. Mind and skills get rusted as you can't push your limits as you get comfortable 3. Salary increments are not great and money related issues don't get easily addressed.

      Pros

      I had joined Telit Wireless solutions with lot of expectations since it was my first product company. So overall company lived up to that expectations. CTC structure is really good Insurance Benifits are good Some of the Managers are really amazing. They understand the personal time well

      Cons

      Unfortunately I had really bad experience with my reporting Manager. He used to treat employees as slaves. Since manager was in higher position in Bangalore office. No one dared to talk about him. Once I complained about his behavior, Telit tried their best to sort out the situation. But it was too late.
