      Pros

      Telligen is an up and coming employee owned business with new ideas and ways to include the staff. I have been here for several years and have really enjoyed my job. We deal with coaching Medicaid members to help them better their health and take initative in their own healthcare.

      Cons

      It is contract work so that is always a worry when the contract comes up for bid but as long as the work is done and people's health is better it saves the state money and they always like that.
