Pros

The pay. It is about $10-5k higher than what I've been able to find at other companies, which is making it hard to find a new job.

Cons

- company recently reduced benefits - no 401k match - can only roll over 56hrs PTO - Near impossible to get time off - breaks are highly discouraged - micromanaging - the attitude from management is that the employees should do whatever they are told to do and be grateful for it or risk disciplinary action. - only concern is billing, not the needs of the patients. - workload is much higher than any other company I have talked to. - management frequently lies or breaks promises to their staff. - only one person per Dept allowed off work at a time,so if you are planning a week long vacation and someone has one day off in the middle of it, you will have to change your vacation time. - if you need surgery, you will have to postpone it until no one has time off, which could be 6+ months - no office supplies, coffee, or utensils provided. - cafeteria was closed in lieu of a self serve vending system - microwave is 1-2 floors up, across a skywalk and down 3 floors.
