      good learning environment. management is highly qualified gives good opportunity to grow good for career starts

      overtime is quite common but no incentive is given.

      One of the worst organization across the world. Nobody are process oriented there.

      Pros

      There is no reason to work at such kind of place. If somebody is jobless, then they can join for few days.

      Cons

      Everybody are cheaters here. They have no HR team, no process document. One person handle multiple work here. Nobody are there to take care of your any problem.

      Good salary, decent benefits. (Medical benefits are less than ideal for most employers today)

      Cons

      Zero communication as to what is going on with the business direction. Micro-managed to death, so much so that it literally killed the business. Earned personal time off was deceitful and confusing.
