Pros

Colleagues are the only thing decent about this company, everyone is stuck on the same sinking ship so there is a collective understanding.

Cons

Where to begin.. - As a graduate, you are treated as an item with the sole purpose of making the company money. - You are told you would be paid one salary, but when you've signed the contract, you are given far less than what was promised because you are 'outside of London weighted salary zone'. Believe me, by that time it'll be too late because you would be tied down into a contract already. - No structure to the job, no real progression. You are told that you can rise the ranks and become a consultant etc, but in reality you are forced to work on dull projects in different locations around the UK, most likely just doing the most skill-less tasks required (pushing buttons on a website all day, learning nothing at all) - Once you sign the contract, you are tied in. Soon after you realise that the job is NOTHING like what you expected, you cannot leave for 2 whole years unless you pay the company £10k back for "training costs"... think about it, by that time your 'newly graduated' status would be long worn off and you will have barely any skills to show for it afterwards! - The training provided is makeshift and far from satisfactory, you are told that you will learn on the job... but then you are still expected to know everything from day 1 when placed with a client. - You are not given any say in which clients or location you wish to be placed in! Travelling to UK as a consultant seems fun until you are forced to work and live in a small town in the middle of nowhere with no expenses paid for. - The management are absolute con-artists, their wording and eloquence will have you believe that you will have a bright future with them, you will find out that this is far from the case. Most management here are only see you as a £ sign, they do not care about your progression or skills at all (hence you are forced to learn everything from scratch in a short period before you are shipped off to clients) My advice which I hope you will heed is: Stay away from this appalling company, you are MUCH better off looking for companies that don't tie you in with false promises and dont threaten to take legal action when you wish to leave unless you pay £10k back to them.

Thank you for your review, however, it sounds like you need to speak to someone about how your individual situation can be improved a lot of the information here is not a typical scenario for our people. Please get in contact with someone, if no-one is aware, no-one can help.
