Plenty management is horrible the people are nice just have no clue what they’re doing, and it hurts to see cuz you wanna recommend and help but you can tell they’re “above that” and clearly don’t want any recommendations on how to run things

This place ONLY cares about profit and numbers. Management are condescending, underqualified micromanagers. They play favorites (People/Departments) giving promotions to friends, etc. Turn a blind eye to any issues like blatant nepotism... even if reported to HR. Illegally haven't allowed unions onsite. Show no appreciation for their workers (Make our own trail mix: spent about $15 on ~150 workers, expected a big thank you, while management gets fancy catered lunches +1x/week). You have to wait until March for yearly raises. Only retail gets samples and merch, grow workers only get merch if their is leftovers from retail.
