      Pros

      Their is only one good person at this place and it is the chief engineer. This place wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't for this guy, he needs to be the one running the place.

      Cons

      Italians run the show and have zero loyalty. Salaries are terrible, the benefits are expensive and really get more expensive because the factory has more injuries due to high turnover. Do not work for these guys unless you want to be an excuse as to why the company is doing bad, the CEO will blame everyone else to save his.

      Pros

      Medium sized company, good place to get good experience working in multiple areas. Has affiliate companies in both Italy and France, which makes for travel opportunities to both places.

      Cons

      Unorganized, stuck in old ways, hard to make necessary changes to modernize the company. Not a lot of opportunity to move up, most you can do is request more salary.
