there in not a single Pros I dont know who are these people who thinks it is having any pros. Please Review Truly Dont spoil anyone else's future bcz people actually want to know what kind of company it is.

Cons

See what i faced here i cant explain you in 4-5 lines. They will make you cry. Employees are very good and because of their hard work this company is still earning. Senior management Specially HR team i have a msg for you "People work hard here to make their career please if you cant do any thing for employees at least dont spoil career. I wish someday you guys will be treated same as other employees."

Test yantra have a sub unit called techno Elevate (development unit) . please don't join to this techno Elevate as well as test yantra because this not a software solutions it's a purely consultancy even consultancy is far better than this company. This is a company with a huge salary issue. This company playing with fresher's carrer. I never seen this kind of worst company ever.And please don't give your original MARKSCARD to them.they take a advantage and blackmailing every freshers. Management is worst Development head is worst Reporting manager is worst Overall management people are NOT supportive to the employees
