1)Less Salary 2) Co-founder lacks human emotions 3) Harrasment by KRA else they deduct salary 4) No learning 5) No Promotion ,hikes or even motivation 6) No support

1. There is no respect for the employee 2. Work-life balance is poor 3. There is a communication gap between the employee and the top authority (CEO and directors) 4. Payment is very very less (they will try to bargain you to offer as much less salary as possible because testbook don't have any funds in their treasury. So, don't expect any increment or growth in this company) 5. Testbook employees growth will depend on the impression of 2 managers (one is Husband and the other is his Wife, these two play an important role in your growth) 6. Recently all the SMEs are offered with internship which is a temporary job and have to like a full-time employee also salary is 10k (internship period is for 6months and later they will say you good bye) 7. About 70% of the company will work only on SMEs but they don't bother about their career growth (my recommendation is not to join the company if you are preparing for government exams)
