Any action taken by the Company will always be an outcome of an employee’s act of breach or default or misconduct. It is ultimately the responsibility of an employee to timely mend ways. Legal Professionals are bound by ethics and morality and do not indulge in acts contrary to the essence of their noble profession. All legal actions initiated against any person remain under the jurisdiction of the appropriate court of law and so the outcomes/judgment thereunder. One has the right of ‘Freedom of Speech’ but should not amount to Libel (Defamation in writing)’. One's 'Thought Process' mirrors using one’s mind to say something carefully or recklessly. Your such false allegations against the company in the public domain amount to Defamation.

Firstly, we have an open-door policy to provide feedback, we conduct regular skip level meetings and employees have an opportunity to share feedback if they are not heard by their manager. Secondly, we believe in acknowledging efforts of our employees and therefore we have standard policies in place to benefit the employees. TestingXperts provides flexible working hours along with work schedule for average nine hours daily. And, if an employee has to work an extra mile occasionally for more than standard hours due to client requirements, company compensates for the same. Thirdly, we provide best salary as per market standard and despite ongoing pandemic we continued to pay salaries on time without any pay cuts.
