Pros
Adrian vaping in the warehouse and being the golden boy, a really wonderful position if you're him.
Cons
UK company is going to act like it. Don't expect your ideas to be heard. Double standards, everywhere because there is no uniform procedure to anything but will make sure to make it your fault. Old people afraid of losing their jobs so they don't try to teach you anything and when you learn on your own and start outpacing the people who refused to train you it won't be recognized. 3 different employees had their yearly evaluation and 6 month ignored without raise.
