Pros

The people here are great — kind, supportive, and genuinely good to work with. The flexibility the company offers is also something I really value, and it’s made a big difference in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Advice: Awards and recognition seem to go to the same teams repeatedly, while others are often overlooked despite putting in equal — if not more — effort.

Cons

I'm writing this because I don’t feel comfortable sharing honest feedback through internal surveys anymore. Even though they’re called “anonymous,” most of us know that admins can see the data, and that makes it really hard to be open — especially when performance reviews are at stake. Feedback should feel safe, not risky. To the UK leadership team — before making important decisions like letting go of key people, I hope you take the time to really understand what’s happening on the ground with the India team. One of the biggest gaps right now is how disconnected we feel especially when our HR representative does not make any effort to build any real rapport or trust. It’s also tough to take engagement surveys seriously when the person who sends them isn’t even part most of times.

Pros

Back when Salman and Vinay were around, the office had a great vibe. Work was fun, there was always something going on – be it festival celebrations, or just random team bonding. It really felt like a place you wanted to come to every day. The team here is genuinely amazing supportive, hardworking, and great to collaborate with. It’s the people who make the work bearable, even when the overall atmosphere is lacking.

Cons

Our HR barely shows up to office, and it honestly feels like no one’s even trying to keep the culture alive. No celebrations, no engagement – just a lot of silence and routine. Things have gotten pretty monotonous. Also, there's clear favoritism between departments, which doesn't help team morale. It’s disappointing to see a place that had so much energy become so dull. Really hoping things turn around soon.
