Just used and doing long/ very unsociable hours in the end, £19k after 4 years didn't justify it, culture a bit weird.

Pay is really poor and doesn’t reflect the flexibility that is required of you in order to support business needs. Business development has been neglected in favour of JLR work for past couple of years and this is openly accepted by management. Work outlook is consequently poor and this means opportunities for progression are currently limited to none. Know of many cases where people are stuck on junior payscale despite performing the same role as mid-level/senior staff and external contractors but being paid 50-60% less or worse.
