      Pros

      This company is run by people who care about what they do and it shows in their work. They are always willing to tackle a challenge and the comradery to step in to help where needed is never an issue.

      Cons

      That I don't have a magic wand to add an additional 1,000 square feet to the building. We have outgrown the building!

      Pros

      This was by far the most fun position Ive ever held. Very fast paced, so you must be able to reprioritize with very little over site. Training for the position was ongoing, you can never learn to much. Managment was always willing to help across departments. Customers were so great! CEO was always finding new ways to take care of his staff.

      Cons

      Being that this is a small business, everyone gets stretched a little thin- but thats to be expected. It can get very hectic, so you have to be willing to take on more and more responsibilities to alleviate the stress of others.

      I have been an owner of this amazing enterprise since 2017 and have grown it substantially since then. We have been featured on Animal Planet, operate a warehouse and a point of sale. Thank you for checking out our profile!

      Cons

      Every job has it's cons. For me, its the stress. Accepting that not everyone will have your best interest in heart and that you accept that while still providing opportunity and goals to those who are deserving!
