Pros

NONE, Nothing positive to say

Cons

This company is the most unethical, most unprofessional company I ever worked for. Terrible benefits, PTO, and the work environment is awful. The president is very unprofessional and does not help you grow within the company or help you learn. Will fire you on the spot if they know you are looking elsewhere without giving reasonable reasons as to why. The lack of empathy for their employees is the worst Ive seen ever!

Pros

I liked working there for about 5 years, but I don’t see how people can be last there beyond that, no actual chance for advancement.

Cons

Company hires based on being either a female or a family friend. TBL has about 80 employes and under 6 men on average. Very stingy with pay and the owner/manager takes everything personal don’t ever get on her bad side or she will move you from team to team until you quit. Minimal raises based on cost of living adjustments. You will always be given more and more work with very unrealistic due dates promised to clients
