      Pros

      I truly enjoy working at The Building Group. Have been here for 1.5 years and it has been like my second home. I feel welcomed and look forward to coming in everyday. They understand the pressure that comes with property management and are considerate about it.

      Pros

      I was onsite property manager so I worked outside of the office.

      Cons

      Management business practices were questionable. They took advantage of the HOA, was probably getting kickbacks from vendors, and treated their employees like pawns or scapegoats.

      My favorite thing about working at the building group is the constructive and collaborative environment. I am currently still in the beginning stages of my career and the executive team at The Building Group has been invaluable to my growth. Special thanks to the Vice President of Operations, Carl Pietrzak,

      There's always free coffee, but I don't even drink coffee! Really no complaints, the team at TBG has been a great fit for me.
