Pros

If you like to be spoken down to by a control freak racist sexist man - this would be your place!

Cons

Owner and operations manager like to micro manage when they’re rarely in each store or present at their home location ( like how the main location was closed due to rats and cockroaches.) he’ll tell the managers to take their blinders off while he completely missed that issue when at the location 7 days a week 10 hours a day. Operations manager won’t answer you when there’s an emergency. Owner will talk down to you in front of customers and employees. Promotions are given not based off work ethic or experience but because they can’t hold competent staff ( and the ones they can they let go and or the employee knows their worth and leaves the toxic environment.)
