      The process for learning how to sell is very good. The owner and senior leadership are very good salesmen. Company culture.

      Cons

      The truth behind what and how they are selling is simply incorrect. The numbers do not happen how it's sold. Commision payout for your own business is terrible. Understand overrides and splits. Do not let leadership bully you around. The company slogan is there is a better and truthfully, there is; just not this way.
