      Pros

      There are not many. The benefits are not good. NO technology. Senior group of people that line their pockets as they run through employees at the mid-management and junior levels. It's not a happy place. Majority of us are looking for other positions because this place has had and has such a bad name.

      Cons

      yellow book technology. Recruitment trends from the 70's. Unethical practices. This is not a place for long term career growth. One of my "clients" (who has stopped doing business with us) has recommended me to another recruitment firm, that's how bad it is.

      I kept feeling like something good would come out of this experience. I wasted a year and made no money with a group of very unhappy people.

      Cons

      It's true what others say. This is a group of older people that are not up to speed with the current trends, employment standards, industry experience. It's basically a group of used cars people dressed as "staffing consultants". I saw MANY unethical practices being done while I was there.
