No manager in my store - I was expected to handle a lot of responsibilities on my own without proper training I also had to manage three different concessions at once on busy Saturdays - which were stressful as they were located on different floors. Received criticism from supervisor when I could not immediately be found at one of the concessions, even though I was working across all three. Also got criticised for lacking experience despite never receiving proper training.
