Pros

-Flexible work environment -Decent pay

Cons

-Staff have no power -CEO is unable/unwilling to accept any feedback -Founder-centric environment meaning the Founder/CEO wants to be involved in every little detail to the point where it stalls progress on projects/programs and creates more obstacles for staff to get anything done -No trust in staff to do their job -There is significant wage disparity between leadership and non leadership, more than typically seen at nonprofits -Staff aren't allowed any communication with the Board of Directors -Very few opportunities for growth
