-Constant gossip -Higher ups will try to “befriend” you to get information about other workers from you -Constant micromanaging -Not upfront about work environment and expectations during the training -Have witnessed people get fired over minute things -Limited diversity amongst employees and clients -Employees were paid with a personal check due to THS not having enough funds to pay Worksmart for pay stubs -Higher ups look down on guides -Some clients don’t have guides and so guides are doubled and/or sometimes tripled with kids to work but only billing for one. However, there is no second thought of how is that not responsible when all of our concentration needs to be on tracking behavior and being actively engaged to scaffold the benchmarks correctly and efficiently to help the client overall -Limited supplies to work with children constantly (sometimes there’s limited essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel and soap) -Clients without guides feel like outcasts because other peers have guides

Owner is not truthful, no direction, unlcear hiarchy, people are in manager roles who have zero ABA experience First off, please read the other reviews. These aren't just from angry employees. There is truth to these reviews and the people writing them are people who once believed in this company. There has been a lot of corruption in this business and lots of red flags. The owner pushed out the entire education leadership team and then did nothing about it. The lack of direction here is apparent. People who are the owner's good friends get treated much differently than the others. There are people making educational and ABA decisions who have no experience in either. The atmosphere has gotten to be very tense. Certain people are given raises and bonuses and others are not even though they both meet the same criteria for these perks. It has become a very toxic environment and most employees are overworked and unhappy.
