Pros

Awesome coworkers who are all engaged in all sorts of cool side-hustles. Decent opportunity for money, tip pool and a lot of transparency with how folks are paid.

Cons

Super corporate management structure with folks often flying in from out of town (other kitchen locations) to rework things happening at your location. Pretty rigid and often the decisions made by management don't really align with the particular branch they're affecting. Terribly, terribly overstaffed.

Pros

great team, all the other servers are friendly and helpful

Cons

not very transparent about tip pool, inconsistent hours, slow business = very little paychecks, management doesnt seem to care much, applied to be full-time and barely getting part-time
