On-time salary - The HR team is good, they are quite understanding - Strict timings, but they never bother you after work hours or in weekoffs.

Cons

- Such a toxic work culture. - The team so biased and their full time duty is to mock people. - There is groupism here, if the group likes you and if you are nodding person, you can survive. If you are an individual player you will be mocked in a mannerless way. - They are such an hypocrites. They come every day late and advise you about punctuality. They create a big drama for a small fix that they themselves can do.

POSH policy is just for fun here. No medical insurance, no medical leave policy, if you have to take leave because you broke your bone they will ask you to put down your papers and then try applying again when ready to work such is their ethics. A manager is still working after multiple girls allegedly complained against the person As long as you are ready to bend down for the person who is running the show you will be rewarded with all that is there if you question back you will be asked to leave If you want to work in a sales floor without incentive and too much of nonsense around you be my guest and join here
