The clothes are great, though almost the same each season

Bad HR structure, promise employees things that never come (like progression), little to no praise from head office, staff, manager and head office turnover is huge

- uniform every 6 months, young brand

Cons

- low responses from quality department - almost no contact with other managers within the company - very little feedback - too many inexperienced managers at head office team (very young managers, ages between 25 - 30) - hard work does not pay. It's all personal. Either they like you or they don't.
