Pros
Wrote curriculum and was able to create a curriculum that enabled me to have a 99% certification pass rate
Cons
Owner lies to employees. Has favorite employees that get raises and the rest are told that what what you start at is what you stay at. Makes promises such as insurance and perks but never materialized. Owner has no problem being dishonest with students or employees. Owner will tell you one day they are behind you and will stand with you but the next will fire you because you looked at her wrong. Owner discriminates against employees.
