Great place if you love to sell and keep moving!
Cons
Sales isn't for me. It's 100% commission. The moment you lose momentum, you lose $. It's hard to recover from if things slip.

There is room for growth, great pay and upbeat atmosphere. I would stay here until I could retire. They have made me feel like I've worked here for years and we are more like a family than anything.
Cons
Honestly, I have no complaints. I've worked at previous positions before and nothing has ever quite made me feel as happy as The Local Group does. I enjoy going in everyday and seeing the people I work with!
