      Good place to work but only if you are favourite of upper management

      Good learning experience Good work life balance Employee benefits and flexible working hours

      Cons

      Lot of favouritism is there. You will only get good projects, good opportunities to travel onsite and certifications if you are one of favourites of upper management. I won't leave if i would get good projects. I had asked many times but the same reply that you will get the next project and next will goes to their favorites. Different policies for different people. Need to wait for 10 more days after month end for salary

      Less demand for Quintiq technolgoy

      Pros

      After interview at this comapny, one of our senior who has friend worked for this company told me about this company 1) High salary for first 2-3 years than other technolgoy - at risk of your career. 2) Not enough work, so company arrange timepass games so all feel happy. 3) Company needs employee, they will give you more salary than existing seniors, so if you want to earn money with less work, negotiate at joining.

      Cons

      1) Technology they working has no job demand in India market. Search for yourself job openings before switching to this technolgoy. Your future get stuck in first few months or years. 2) Company is small size (8-9 developers & support). Many are on bench and not have work. Lot of politics and likings.

      Good work, Bad managers

      Pros

      Overall work was good for one's personal growth. If you can keep your manager happy, this is the place for you. Work-life balance was higher than average.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees. Racism is there between Indian and non-Indian staff. The leaders in the Indian office does not know how to keep the employee motivated.
