Leadership and our People Operations department go over the top to make sure we are all connected and included, despite the remote work environment. We have frequent team lunches, pod group gatherings, and whenever a new member joins the team, we hold a brief meeting for everyone to get to know each other. The effort put into making sure staff has the social time we would have in an office setting play a huge role building trust amongst colleagues, creating a positive work environment, and uniting us with the common goal of keeping Looma's mission at the forefront of all we do. It's definitely a wonderful feeling to know there is always a teammate that will have your back within or across apartments.

Culture is great, people are great. Company is on a growth path and will continue to do well.
