No upward mobility Lack of process management Divided and declining leadership, as senior staff "fight or flight" Cameras on ceilings of each desk, monitored for performance and "security" Little to no training, job add guaranteed 4-6 weeks. After vacation was over and employees return I was told, "my phone skills had deteriorated" - after 1 month, 3 weeks of solo phone calls with no reviews
