Free tickets on occasion, occasionally get a really great view of concert

Sleazy management and ownership, promotion of shows is poor (many bands/acts who should be selling out only fill half the room due to disinterest in catering to any demographic outside the middle aged affluent white male), heavily unable to communicate directly and effectively with staff, staff and management in romantic relationships with each other, absolutely 0 regard for staff well being. Difficult to move through the ranks if you are conventionally unattractive. Most of the staff has an extremely sour attitude.
