Pros

None! When you'll go for the interview, they will treat you as a king! But the story takes a great turn after 3-4 days.

Cons

Okay! So lets begin! Worst company for freshers,in terms of learning, work and salary. 6 working days per week. They put freshers to work by giving them stupid tasks, such as adding wrong reviews on their rivals' products on the game stores. They dont have quality work, atleast you wont get the work you are supposed to do. They can give you any task to do that may be irrelevant to your profile and make you feel you are working as a data entry operator and at the end of the day, you learn nothing. If you say NO, they will throw you out of the company without any prior notice. In short, they will terminate you if you refuse to do any task assigned to you. The company has the worst management and HR, who do things that are beneficial for them. They wont skip a single reason for deducting your salaries. They dont give proper salaries at the time of hiring and dont pay freshers at all (they work for free), probably due to lack of funds as they dont have good projects. They will make you feel that they are doing you a great favor by hiring you and giving you wrong tasks to ruin your career. The staff is so good in talking and playing politics. HR has so many excuses to not give you salary on time. Even the CEO is a big cheat and a selfish person. He wants you to work for 10-12 hours everyday instead of the 9 hours shift. If you leave after completing 9 hours, he would say you are not performing upto the mark. There is no work culture in the office. People come to pass their time gossiping or sitting on their seats idle. The senior management has regular fights with freshers and people who are in probation period and throws out freshers almost every month. No time flexibility. There is no work to do but still they want you to complete 9 hours per day. And stay back late if in case you get some stupid work to do. They have only domestic and unprofessional clients.
