Pros

Enjoyable if you goal in life is to scam people. They get the public to enter comps, tell them they have won something , convince them to do a photo shoot they can’t afford. Then lock them into payment plans saying it’s worth the money for memories or because they are professional model material.

Cons

The absolute torture of lying to each person about how they are model material and sifting through hundreds of photos which to be honest are average and often bad, just for the person to tell you they have no money so you then spend another half hour convincing them to sign their life away on a payment plan. It’s so expensive for a few photos. Then their tech and systems are so archaic it takes another hour to process the sale. They only have good reviews because they ask you to get the client to do it right in front of you once you have closed the sale. If you don’t you lose money in your pay. They will do all they can to remove bad reviews and somehow even got my last review on Glassdoor removed. They must be good at covering their treachery and lies. Well I’m back guys to tell the truth about your horrible place of work. One of the worst most unenjoyable jobs I have ever had.

Pros

some colleagues can talk about shared workplace trauma

Cons

Where do I begin!?! This place was a small family business that got big and they more and more they have cut corners still expecting the employees to work at a high standard. With awful equipment that doesn’t work and severely underpaying their hair and makeup artists and photographers who are the ones creating the art. Don’t get me started on the preying on of vulnerable people and international students as clients and to be unpaid interns doing jobs paid employees do. Quite possibly the worst upper management I have ever experienced. Completely incompetent, lack of communication.
