Health insurance with Kaiser is great
Cons
Poor management and leadership within the company. Toxic work culture with people who are out of touch with modern technology and are resistant to change.

Always Understaffed, Pay isn't Worth it

Its a job, but barely. No support from upper management.
Cons
We are always understaffed, they fill in with third party contractors. Most of those people aren't even trained correctly. Patients deserve better than staff who barely speak english and take forever to respond to patient calls. I wouldn't put my parents in here even if it was free.
