Pros

Benefits are ok but costly for my whole family. There are a lot of nice people but the good ones don't stay long.

Cons

Policies only apply to certain people. Raises are rare and very small. I wonder how they win all the awards they announce in their newsletter. They don't treat people well. There is work life balance but only for family member not the average worker.

Pros

A few dedicated coworkers and immediate supervisor who demonstrated professionalism and support.

Cons

I regret to say that my experience working at TRN has been extremely disappointing. The work environment and lack of growth opportunities have been major drawbacks during my tenure with the company. First and foremost, the work environment at TRN is toxic. There is a complete absence of teamwork, and employees are consistently undervalued. From my perspective, it appears that the toxic culture stems from the top-down, with management prioritizing the bottom line over the well-being and development of their employees. One of the most disheartening aspects of my time at TRN has been the lack of growth potential. Despite my best efforts to take on additional responsibilities and improve my skills, it has become apparent that management has no interest in investing in their employees' professional growth. This lack of support and opportunities for advancement is truly disappointing. Moreover, the management at TRN has proven to be dishonest and manipulative. Their disregard for honesty and transparency has created an atmosphere of mistrust and frustration among employees. The misrepresentations and lies I have personally witnessed are unacceptable and go against the principles of a healthy work environment. In conclusion, my experience at TRN has been deeply disappointing. The toxic work environment, lack of growth opportunities, and dishonest management have significantly impacted my professional journey. I appreciate the experience I gained, as it helped me understand the kind of work culture, I do not want to be a part of. I wanted to bring to your attention some important factors to consider when working under the leadership in the South Region, particularly if you have aspirations for growth and hold any concerns. It is crucial to be mindful of certain dynamics that may arise. When receiving guidance or directives from leadership in the South Region, please be aware that any questions or attempts to challenge the status quo may result in becoming an immediate target. It is important to exercise caution and carefully assess the potential consequences before taking such actions. In situations where you encounter difficulties or have concerns about the leadership, it is advisable to seek guidance and support from appropriate channels within the company. However, it is essential to be mindful that reaching out to HR may not yield the desired outcome, as there have been instances where employees faced reprimands and, eventually, either termination or were subjected to bullying tactics intended to force them to resign.

Pros

Good People! Owner is amazing!

Cons

I worked under the worst manager of my career. He was ignorant, full of himself and the direct reason his branch failed. Instead of reprimanding him he continued to get promotions. I still do not understand it.
