Rickshaw has set a high standard in customer service. The company does not compromise on quality of the service they offer. Management encourages their employees to take ownership. Occassionaly company provideds employees with some high standard trainings that are conducted by professionals. There are lot of opportunity for every employee to climb up the leardership ladder.
Cons
Only organisation I have seen which schedule meeting almost everyday. They do not even care if the customers are waiting outside. No policies and guidelines in place for employees.
