      Pros

      Animal friendly office environment, multiple happy hours during work hours.

      Cons

      Poor management, no training for job, lack of structure and organization, vision and expectations change daily, employee-employee and employee-client communication is horrid on good days, no support and resolution when issues arises between employee and supervisor, no room to grow/be promoted.
