Pros

1. Get to build strength with all the heavy boxes you will need to either carry or move around, either at your counter or on the festival promo floor/area 2. Get to mingle with all types of people from different walks of life 3. Sharpen and learn people skills (Communications and Patience) and sales strategies skills (Retaining Customers while acquiring/attracting new customers)

Cons

1. Strict rules of no sitting allowed, so you have to stand at your counter all day throughout your shift 2. Invasion of Privacy and Nosy Coworkers 3. Pay not equal to workload (physically and mentally) for part-time or full-time 4. Have to face rude customers during festival promotions who don't respect and look down on the service industry people, but this is a small issue, as I won't bother myself serving them if they are going to be rude and disrespectful.
