Pros

There are no pros other than flexible work schedule...you can be done with your call plan by noon and call it. You won't want to do anything above and beyond for them anyway.

Cons

-high turnover. They do not keep anyone for over 4 months. You will either quit out of frustration or get fired. There has been over 30 marketers in 8 years in just one territory. One of my receptionists used to joke that when one got hired they would mark 90 days on the calendar and make bets if they would still be there. -terrible upper management. They will not answer your calls when you need advice and/or have a question about something. Absolutely no coaching or teamwork here. They are very good at pointing fingers and not being realistic about why their company is going downhill. -distusting clinics. Trust me no one wants to get their physical therapy treatment here...the buildings are falling apart...air conditioner doesn't work, water doesn't work, old equipment, ripped carpet, dirty walls, etc. I could go on and on. Patients only come here if they are forced to because of insurance reasons. The only reason they are in business is because of contracts with employers. -I received absolutely no training. When I got hired I was told I could ride with a coworker...they ditched me twice, so I had no training. They gave me a list of doctors who referred in the past year and told me to run with that. I had to figure it out on my own. Two weeks later I'm getting yelled at and blamed for things that were out of my control. The doctors I had on the list don't even refer anymore because the company is so awful. "Do you want to get better or do you want to go to Theramatrix?" That is a quote from a doctor in my territory. -they don't even care about their own company. They invest absolutely zero money to fix anything. "Cleanliness of clinics does not matter. We don't have to make the clinics look nice because that's not what matters" -- quote from the upper management. -they listen in on phone conversations between receptionists and patients. I was warned that if I hear an echo it's because they are listening on the other line. Employees won't talk to corporate on their phones because of this. All of my receptionists called from me their cell phones. -all marketing supplies are outdated...they won't even print more script pads! I had to fight for more supplies because I was "going through too many." All of the brochures were outdated. They depended on us marketers for everything and yet supplied us with nothing. They will invest no money in advertising - don't even try to come up with ideas because they will shoot you down and then yell at you because your numbers are low. I can't say enough....seriously just run run run!!

A very old review - companies, just like people, change over time. Nonetheless, we appreciate the feedback!

Pros

None! The values, office culture and overall company structure is for upper management to degrade, demoralize and not compensate their employees for their hard work and efforts.

Cons

Micro-manage, poor salary, owner and president and accountant are selfish and greedy! Extremely high turnover. Very negative environment!

Again an old review - and again, many things have changed in the past year as we work towards becoming an employer of choice. We do appreciate the feedback!

Glad I left when I did.

Pros

The pros are the benefits and building close bonds with staff if you work in the clinics not at corporate.

Cons

Shady ways of handling business including how they interact with staff regarding bad news. No raises no matter how long you’ve worked and dedicated your time to any position or responsibility. No electronic medical records so everything is super archaic compared to any other PT clinic or medical office. Techs working with patients (ie: helping with exercises, assisting therapists, and applying modalities to patient) is illegal when it comes to Medicare patients (and they are habitual abusers of this). Oh yeah not to mention closing 5 clinics by 7/27/18 and no plan in place for the hundreds of patients who are required to go to this company because of the contract with the big 3 auto companies. Do not even attempt to work here.
