      3 years and counting here as an Account Manager and hate coming every day.

      Pros

      Close to my home for now. Some of the people here really do care about their job and want to make yours easier, however few too many people are "buddy buddy" with management and get away with whatever they want.

      Cons

      I've been here 3 years. Ownership is god awful, looking for something new for about a year now but coworkers are great, just want to get away from management. Also, they have a girl write all of the other reviews glassdoor with fake accounts. Owner Josh is very inappropriate and rude.

      Wow, I've read this review multiple times and feel compelled to respond. It's disheartening that you feel this way about a company that you've been with for so many years. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, however when you write a review of any kind it should be factual. To state that there's a girl writing reviews with fake accounts is completely untrue. Anyone who submits a review does so based on their own desire to express an opinion. No place is perfect, but we have great employees and a management team committed to making Therapy Source stand out amongst the rest!

      Pros

      PTO time was decent when I was there and increased after how long you were there. They used to let people work from home but according to what I hear of new changes, flexibility and relaxed environment are gone, so I can't imagine any pros to speak of...

      While it's true Therapy Source is faced with this lawsuit, the company stands by its processes and feel the claim is unjustified.

      A Toxic Deceitful Mess

      Resign quickly and take your skills elsewhere

      Cons

      Husband and Wife team duplicitous, deceitful and manipulating. Employees to them are a necessary evil. The management team put in place over the last 15 months is so unaccountable, ineffective and worrisome that I have finally concluded these people do not deserve to be in business. Class action suits, EEOC claims, raucous outbursts, toxic environment from ownership, favoritism toward the wrong employees (really bad), male owner publicly and disgracefully yells at his wife (co-owner) in front of employees. A real horror show and extremely unprofessional.
