Therefore has maintained an excellent core culture and workplace environment, despite growing at a fairly rapid clip in the past year. Therefore has done an amazing job of staffing the company with friendly, intelligent, like-minded people. The Toronto office is an easy commute via car, TTC, or the GO-train, and has some great amenities, like a big selection of free snacks and the included gym. The work can be challenging at times, but the client base is excellent. Lastly, the ownership encourages everyone to be involved in web-centric community events/learning sessions and even offers up incentivisation for attending events and blogging about them. An awesome way to spur personal development.

Great culture of learning, and supportive team. We're allowed to take the time to experiment and learn. Quality and accountability is strict, but I like that anyway. There is also a clear path for advancement in the company as it transitions from a flat organization to one that has some more formalized structures.
