      1. A company that takes care of each and every employee 2. Great work atmosphere where a productive team spirit exists. 3. First-class management and CEO that always takes the time to engage with each and every employee. 4. A great responsive HR department that really cares for your work satisfaction, Summary - For someone who has been with the company for many years I have watched with pride as the company has matured over time, and now is poised to take the lead in the anomaly detection market. 2021 was the best year so far and 2022 by all accounts is shaping up to be even better!

      *Outstanding technology *Terrific people working on all levels *Theoretically a great opportunity to build a great company, great solution, great outreach. But only theoretically...

      Cons

      CEO is abusive to people around him which makes decision making impossible . The entire company is ruled according to his moods and personality which creates a Toxic work environment that influences all levels, all decisions, all strategy and day to day operations which becomes un- bearable.. The company is ran like an aggressive & demeaning dictatorship with false visibility of a growing, developing and successful constructive operation. It really is not. Looks out at LinkedIn to the number of senior people leaving and try to find out why has that happened.

      Thetaray is such a great place to work. I really don't feel like I am coming to work, but feel like I am going to a place of enjoyment and relaxed environment. Culture is second to none: collaborative, fast-paced, employee-centric, always welcoming employees who demonstrate drive and personal initiative. Thetaray truly cares about their employees. Management is outstanding, and truly know how to make the employees happy and keep developing them. In one sentence: Great company to work at, wonderful people great culture and a fun working environment.

      As a fast growing start up we are sometimes required to work long hours. But always with pleasure!
