Pros

The only good thing is the shift timing.

1. Worst management or no management at all, even a BPO has a better management and training structure. 2. Not good for a fresher. 3. The managers don't have the guts to talk in face. 4. They actually don't know what they want from you. 5. Management is afraid to answer the questions posed by the employees.

I am full time employee at ThinkSys. Get best appraisal within friend circle in IT industries. I am enjoying work from home and work in office. Get full support from Company.

(i) Supportive and helpful leadership and team members. (ii) Flexible working conditions . (iii) No such hierarchy, can easily communicate with senior leadership.
