You will feel like you're abondoned in a cyber cafe with two monitors.

Cons

It's a con company. You will forget everything you have will learnt in your career. The product and domain is boring. You will not even do maintainance work on product because there is no access to repository. And yes, the managers are jokers who can make you laugh by their incompetent skillsets. Please think and analyze(as the name suggests) before joining!

Hire and fire cluture Every coin has two sides if there are some pros then some cons can also may exhibit. likewise as I said Talking about cons there is one leads who is every thing in this company. he says this is night then you have to admit that this is night . This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. This company has change its name once due to bad reputation in market.Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator.

orst working culture even seen in my entire life.wosrt HR policies and worst HRs too. Guys, dont join in this organisation.You will waste ur time and end up with so much of disappointment.

Cons

No working environment.Founder is manner less.no one has any views on what they are working.No point of view for employee.HR have no idea why they are hired for.Lack working culture.Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month ( if you won’t leave they will ask you to leave )Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace.
