      Still an amazing place to work

      Pros

      - Great colleagues -- to a person everyone i work with is super talented at what they do and great to work with. No a-holes and no duds. - Opportunity to make an impact -- the company is neither a start-up nor a rinse and repeat machine. All the fundamentals are in place, we've got a great team and are very well resourced, and yet there remain many big challenges to solve. - Open minded culture - relatedly, there is a willingness to challenge the status quo, to test assumptions, and try new ideas

      Cons

      It can be a rollercoaster -- nothing for the faint of heart or those who need a lot of structure and stability. The market and industry has changed dramatically in the last year, and so our plans and team have had to adjust rapidly, which is not easy.

      - phenomenal colleagues - strong product market fit, high growth - lots of opportunity to advance and grow in your career - flexible culture with very well organized systems

      Cons

      High growth is not for everyone. We are constantly out growing systems and building them a new. Always new people to train and do he g to set — the work is never done!

      Pros

      - Amazing people -- super smart, talented, collaborative, and fun to work with. Thinkific is a rare place where you can do your best work and do it with people you love spending time with and can learn from. The values you see on the website are very much at the heart of the culture and the criteria which we hire for. - Exciting mission -- empowering entrepreneurs from all walks of life to share their knowledge and build businesses is a great mission to be a part of. - Great leadership -- I've got immense respect for Greg, Miranda, and the whole leadership team. They listen, care, and have a compelling vision for the company.

      Cons

      It's a high growth company and while there is a clear vision for the future, there is not a detailed playbook. We are building systems and solving problems as we go. So it is certainly not for those uncomfortable with ambiguity and change.
